1 x 9x9 square brownie tin

1 x 'Brownie In A Bottle' mix

200ml soya milk

100ml vegetable oil

1/2 tsp vanilla

Optional: toppings of your choice! eg walnuts, almonds.

1. Preheat oven to 180c/160 fan/gas mark 4 and line your brownie tray with greaseproof.

2. Empty contents of your 'Brownie In A Bottle' into a bowl.

2. Mix soya milk, vegetable oil and vanilla essence together in a jug and add to the bowl of dry ingredients.

3. Fold together until a deliciously glossy, goopy brownie mix forms. Remember to scrape the bottom of the bowl - flour is prone to sticking there! Make sure it's all mixed in! Add any additional toppings at this point. 

4. Bake on middle shelf for 20 minutes - check and if it hasn't formed a crust all over, give it another 5 minutes. Check with the end of a fork and if moist crumbs come out, it's done! Remember when you check, the fork shouldn't come out completely clean - brownies should have fudgeiness to them, if it comes out clean you've accidentally made a cake! They firm up as they cool, and you'll be left with a delicious, fudgy, vegan brownie :)
