  • How long will my order take to arrive?

We endeavour to bake, pack and ship out all orders within 3 working days. We use DHL Express 24 to ship our orders. This ensures freshness! You'll get an email with tracking when it's on the way.

  • How will I know when my order is on the way?

When we send your order, you will receive an email with details on how to track your delivery as it makes its way to you. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is there to accept delivery. Alternatively, you can nominate a neighbour/alternative nearby delivery address or a safe place for your order to be delivered to, using the tracking link provided. 

  • I made an error when I placed my order, where can I make changes?

We cannot accept responsibility for errors made by the customer when inputting details including (but not limited to:) address, quantity, contact, etc. 

If you have made an error when placing your order, please get in touch as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make any requested changes. 

Try and do this within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee the implementation of any requested changes. If your order has already been baked, processed or shipped, we will not be able to make any requested changes. 

  • I didn't like my bake - can I get a refund?

All orders are final. However, we'd love to hear your feedback and perhaps we'll be able to work with you to find something you would like! 

  • Do you ship to my country?


We ship exclusively to the United Kingdom.
